Dwór Sieraków is a perfect place if you are looking for peaceful chill out in good quality.
+ very nice, helpful and polite staff
+ tasty and healthy couisine (I love their concept of bringing seasonal and local products).
+ amazing Sunday breakfast (I think it was first time I had such a big selection of things, from pancakes, homemade jams to bacon, all types of eggs, sweet tart, home made fruit coctails etc)
+ little rituals like 5 o'clock tea, free tasting of beer.

+/- Dwór Sieraków is more or less in the middle of nowhere. But Dobczyce, Wieliczka and Kraków are quite close.
Ps. I really love the concept of the owners- that they bring back to life an old, falling into decline manor house. I hope that all those decaying beauties scattered accross Poland will eventualy find such people to renovate them and give them purpose. I am really sorry that residence in my hometown Krzeszowice didn't have such luck.
