We stumbled across this place while staying in Warsaw for few days and looking for a good spot for late breakfast. We are Polish but live in New York City for 20 years now. The place has a very American feel (Williamsburg type - area of Brooklyn with the best food and crafty cocktails) and the hospitality is amazing. We had their brunch food with Bloody Marys and Mimosas. The drinks could possibly be even better than in New York. The food (eggs Benedict and avocado toast) were so tasty. The place is surrounded by such nice waiters that it's refreshing as food service can be sometimes rude in Poland. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni ze znaleźliśmy to miejsce. Good luck Koko&Roy and we hope to see you next year when we visit!

This was the perfect place to have my birthday dinner! The service was amazing - attentive, professional, warm and genuine we even met the actual Koko and Roy! The food is delicious - I had the octopus (not usually a seafood person) and it was probably one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. We couldn’t stop ordering and tasting the various cocktails, all the while in a gorgeous decor. You can tell this is a place the owners and staff have put their heart into. Highly recommend it !

Really friendly local place. We were browsing the menu when Koko invited us in. She is passionate about their food & rightly so. Excellent food . New York inspired brunch was amazing. It’s so good we came back in the evening for drinks. Cool artwork & decor make it a relaxed place to eat or just a drink . Friendly owners .

This place has a great ambience. It's chic but cozy and the service is great. We have been here a couple of time and can recommend the Odds and Ends especially paired with the beetroot salad and the baked quarter boneless chicken which was divine. The drinks menu is extensive but as a beer lover I would like to see a larger selection of brews. I have seen their brunch menu and can not wait to come back to check that out.

Had lovely breakfast , and very nice mimosa with it. food was perfection , our waitress was 11 out of 10 and I could strongly say one of the best places in Warsaw . Next time I am in in in Warsaw , definitely come back to have good time and try octopus dish . Loads of love to you all, and thank you for the grate time.

A night out at Koko & Roy. In the last twelve months Angelika and I have visited a lot of restaurants. I’ve sampled traditional Belarusian kalduny in Grodno, and introduced Angelika to fish n chips in Glasgow. We’ve had a meal in a cliff-top restaurant overlooking the sea, and dined on a beach at sunset. I’ll never claim to know the difference between a Melec and Petit Verdot, and my mother would be aghast to learn I still hold my fork in my right hand, but for me atmosphere is essential. Warsaw has a lot of interesting places to eat out, although I make no claim to having visited even one tenth of them. But it’s always great to find somewhere new that does things differently. Last Saturday I decided to take Angelika somewhere special since we hadn’t set eyes on each other in over a month. I wanted somewhere that was stylish, but not snootily restrictive in terms of etiquette, somewhere the atmosphere would be as enjoyable as the food and drink. Therefore I decided to take the advice of my good friend Monika Sznajder who had previously recommended Koko & Roy on Wilcza Street, an American themed restaurant run by owners Anna Syta and Jonathan Roy. I wasn't disappointed. Jonathan Roy is old school, the type of restaurateur you don’t see very often these days. He’s just at home pouring you your beer, topping up your wine glass, or helping out in the kitchen, none of which he has to do. Jonathan genuinely loves being on the floor with the rest of the staff. He’s an infectiously buoyant person, one who has surrounded himself with people of a similar attitude, such as waitresses Magda and Peggy, or Josh the chef and Kyril the sous-chef. As for the food it was magnificent, as was evident from the huge smile Angelika wore all evening. Last Saturday was easily the best eating out experience we' ve had this year. (I’ll not wax lyrical about the restaurant interior as the photos below will do a much better job of doing so). So if you’re a native of Warsaw, a tourist, or someone with a serious interest in cuisine, check out Koko & Roy.

Had the pleasure of eating lunch there today. American hospitality at its best when I was welcomed by the owner. Since I'm on a low carb diet I went for the pickled veggies starter as part of their lunch offer. It was lovely to look at, cool, crisp, fresh and the flavours were beautifully balanced. For my main the owner recommended the grilled salad. These are not normally 2 words that are found in the same sentence but don't knock it until you have tried it. It was awesome ! Smokey lettuce, bacon and blue cheese sauce. What more could a guy ask for? Will be going back soon to try the pork chop. Apparently its legendary :)

Visiting from Sweden for Christmas, stumbled upon this gem with a friend by chance. This place has a super chill ambiance with an incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Couldn’t be more surprised by the New York inspired menu as I grew up in Queens. The chef Josh comes all the way from The Bronx to serve up an authentic New York style brunch. A+++

Koko&Roy made our day with an amazing brunch. It’s all thanks to delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. Miss Peggy is an amazing host, delivering exceptional and non-forced customer service and made our time in the restaurant special. Everyone in Warsaw should learn from her! I should also mention that I’m in love with the nonchalant - yet focused on details - interior. It’s simply stunning!

Przyjemne miejsce prowadzone przez parę sympatycznych nowojorczyków. Ciekawe, wysokie wnętrze udekorowne z pomysłem. Zjedliśmy najpierw ciekawą przekąskę w postaci smażonej skóry (uszy?) wieprzowej i smażonych serc kurzych z pikantnym sosem, i sami się dziwiliśmy jakie to wszystko smaczne (choć bardziej w kategoriach piwnej przekąski).

Ciekawe miejsce o oryginalnym charakterze. Amerykańska kuchnia (inna niż burgery) nie jest powszechna dlatego to na pewno warte uwagi miejsce.
